Personal Work: Nick wants to say hello - In Progress.
Been a bit distance with my work and practices these past few weeks. So I started by sketching out Nick from Zootopia again. It's a work in progress, need to colour him in but I'm happy with him :)
Its nice that you've taken to practicing your drawing Julia, however I'd recommend digging a little deeper and looking at the construction of these characters - Eg how they're built up using shapes first to give them structure like we discussed. Alternatively you could build characters out of simple shapes too and see where it takes you. The point is that creating fan art should not be a means to and end, at the very least you should be using it to learn from.
He's looking suave. His right eye looks a little like he's looking down at us though. It just needs raising a little and it should be fine.
