3d Block out Complete?

So I spent a little time today finishing off my 3D Block out and I am not sure if this is what is meant to have been done. I am going to attempt to do the 3D Paint Over of it soon. Essay needs to written as well!

    Are you not going to model the tower from your concept piece? It looked really interesting.

    No I'm not, it's too complex for my level of skill so I'm just going to paint it.
